When you are placed with one of our clients, we will collect additional information in order to complete the placement process. In addition, we will survey you to ensure that we are offering our consultants the best possible opportunities and to provide our clients with constructive feedback. We will survey clients to verify and confirm the information we currently have in your file and to ensure our consultants are consistently meeting client expectations.
Please note that all active contract consultants will receive communication from The Personnel Department Ltd., TPD USA Ltd. (dba TPD), and TPD Resources Ltd. (dba TPD) containing pertinent information related to current placements.
Your information is obtained and used only with your consent

- Disclose the applicant's resume (unidentifiable or as written) to their clients and associates for the purpose of assessing suitability for current and future job opportunities and establishing an employment or independent contractor relationship.
- Contact the applicants former employers with consent in the form of employment references, and for those former employers to furnish their records of the applicant's service, together with any other information they may have regarding performance whether on record or not. The applicant hereby releases them and TPD from all liabilities for any damages for issuing the same.
Resolving your concerns, inquiries, or listening to your suggestions is important to us
